This year’s National Small Business Week (NSBW), theme “Building on America’s Small BusinessBoom,” acknowledged small businesses from across the country for their resilience, ingenuity, and creativity. It also recognized SBA partners for their involvement in entrepreneurial development, disaster recovery, government contracting, financial development, and overall support for small businesses and entrepreneurship. This year’s winners have played an integral role in powering our nation’s historically strong economic comeback while navigating and closing out challenges from a global pandemic, supply chain disruptions, and various variant waves.

Ms. Macomber’s portfolio includes more than 125 clients in just three years in business. As a formerDivision 1 college athlete, Ms. Macomber’s competitive spirit and drive are evident in everything she does.

As the Founder & CEO of Summit Strategy LLC, an integrated marketing proposal and consulting firm, Ms. Macomber is instrumental in helping B2G and B2B organizations achieve their goals through strategic planning, branding, proposal development, training, and positioning the firms as industry leaders.

Ms. Macomber has been in business for 3 years and currently has 4 employees. Her next goal is about to be realized, as she just secured access to capital with her financial institution and SBA.
