Contract Overview

The NIH NITAAC is introducing “The Store,” a $25 billion GWAC for IT commodities and solutions under the Chief Information Officer – Commodity Solutions (CIO-CS) program. This 10-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract aims to streamline the procurement of IT hardware, software, security, and enterprise tools across federal agencies, supporting health, life sciences, and other IT initiatives. “The Store” will provide a flexible and efficient approach to acquiring commercial-off-the-shelf IT solutions tailored to diverse agency needs.

Evolving Needs:
The current NITAAC GWAC for IT commodities, known as Chief Information Officer – Commodities and Solutions (CIO-CS), will expire in April 2025. The upcoming follow-on GWAC will likely be available to all qualified contractors. Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that meet the criteria in one or more specified product groups and value added resellers (VARs) that qualify across all product groups will be encouraged to submit proposals under the final solicitation.
