Krystn is our founder + CEO... the unapologetic force behind how we think, lead, and win. With 20+ years across federal, state + local, and commercial markets, she’s helped everyone from billion-dollar firms to growing small businesses rethink how they pursue, position, and win work. A former Division I athlete, she brings a competitive mindset and a bias for action to everything she does, and she’s built a team of Summiteers who bring that same edge to every client.

Corynne Kaskela

Chief Operating Officer

Corynne is our COO... the engine behind how we get things done. With 20+ years leading operations across industries, she’s known for bringing clarity, focus, and flow to even the messiest challenges. Her superpower is turning complexity into momentum: building strong teams, streamlining systems, and making sure the work works better for everyone involved.

Brad Hill

Senior Pursuit Manager | Federal Market Lead

Brad leads our federal pursuits... and brings a mission-first mindset to every one of them. A USAF Special Warfare veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, he’s spent 15+ years on the contractor side, leading acquisition strategy on billions in federal IDIQ pursuits and managing contracts on some of the government’s largest vehicles. With a master’s in writing from Johns Hopkins, Brad knows how to turn complex requirements into proposals evaluators want to score.

Rebecca Edwards

Senior Marketing + Pursuit Manager | AEC Market Lead

Rebecca leads our AEC pursuits... and she’s been in the room for 15+ years. She’s led proposals for nationally recognized architecture + engineering firms, billion-dollar disaster recovery programs, and everything from SF330s to shortlist interviews. Rebecca’s superpower is taking dense technical work and shaping it into a story selection committees remember, then packaging it so it looks as good as it reads.

Nicole Howard

PMP, CF APMP

Senior Pursuit Manager | Contract Vehicle Market Lead

Get on the vehicle. Then win on it.

Nicole leads our contract vehicle center of excellence... the go-to for firms chasing GSA MAS, OASIS+, and the multi-award vehicles that open new markets. A Navy veteran with 11 years of service, she builds self-scoring models that hold up under evaluation and past performance that proves out. A former educator and current City of San Diego Equal Opportunity Commissioner, Nicole knows how to make the complicated simple, and how to get small businesses a fair shot at big work.
